WARRANTY

All parts carry a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of the original consumer purchase.

This warranty is valid only on parts installed by qualified personnel and in the application for which they are intended. Parts that are altered, abused, or subjected to arduous use may be excluded from warranty coverage.

Our obligation under this guarantee is limited to replacement of the defective part or, at our option, repayment of the purchase price, conditioned in either case upon the return of the part to us with an explanation of the circumstances and conditions under which failure occurred. We neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any other liability. IN NO EVENT WILL HAMBURG-TECHNIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, including claims for labor charges, transportation, or loss of revenue.
